The Zottman Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Zottman Curl

  1. Stand holding dumbbells at your sides, palms facing forward.
  2. Curl the weights up with a supinated grip.
  3. At the top, rotate to an overhand grip before lowering slowly.
  4. Keep your upper arms pinned to your sides — no swinging.
