The Zottman Preacher Curl is a strength movement that targets your biceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Zottman Preacher Curl

  1. Sit at a preacher bench with your upper arms flat on the pad, dumbbells held with a supinated grip.
  2. Curl the weights up until your forearms are nearly vertical.
  3. At the top, rotate to an overhand grip and lower slowly under full control.
  4. Stop just short of full extension at the bottom to keep tension on the muscle.
