The Adductor is a stretching movement that targets your adductors. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Adductor

  1. Lie face down and place the foam roll under one inner thigh.
  2. Support your weight on your forearms with the target leg slightly abducted.
  3. Slowly roll from just above the knee up toward the groin.
  4. Pause on tender spots and breathe; avoid rolling directly on the joint.
