The Groiners is a stretching movement that targets your adductors. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Groiners

  1. Start in a high push-up position with your body in a straight line.
  2. Step your right foot up to the outside of your right hand.
  3. Hold briefly to feel the hip flexor and groin stretch, then switch sides.
  4. Move at a controlled pace — keep your hips low and your back flat throughout.
