The Groin and Back Stretch is a stretching movement that targets your adductors. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Groin and Back Stretch

  1. Sit on the floor and bring the soles of your feet together, letting your knees fall out.
  2. Sit tall, then gently fold forward from the hips until you feel a stretch in your inner thighs.
  3. To add a back component, round your spine and let your head drop toward your feet.
  4. Breathe steadily and hold; never force your knees down with your hands.
