How to do the Adductor/Groin

  1. Sit on the floor and bring the soles of your feet together.
  2. Sit tall with a neutral spine — don't round your lower back.
  3. Let your knees drop toward the floor under their own weight.
  4. Breathe steadily to relax deeper; don't force your knees down.
