How to do the All Fours Quad Stretch

  1. Start on hands and knees with wrists under your shoulders.
  2. Lift one foot and bring the heel toward your glute.
  3. Reach back with the same-side hand and grasp the ankle.
  4. Keep your hips square and hold; switch sides without arching your lower back.
