How to do the Barbell Hack Squat
- Stand with the bar on the floor behind you and grip it with both hands at hip width.
- Keep your chest tall and your back straight as you drive through your heels to stand.
- Let the bar travel close to the back of your legs throughout the lift.
- Lock out at the top without hyperextending your knees.
