How to do the Barbell Squat
- Position the bar across your upper traps, feet shoulder-width apart, toes out slightly.
- Brace your core, push your hips back, and bend your knees to lower.
- Descend until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
- Drive through your heels to stand, keeping your chest up throughout.
