How to do the Barbell Side Split Squat

  1. Stand with feet wide, barbell across your upper traps, toes angled slightly out.
  2. Shift your weight onto one leg, bending that knee while keeping the other leg straight.
  3. Lower until your working thigh is parallel to the floor.
  4. Push through your heel to return to the start.
