How to do the Alternating Cable Shoulder Press

  1. Stand with the cable handle at shoulder height, elbow bent and palm facing in.
  2. Press one handle straight overhead to full lockout, then lower under control.
  3. Brace your core and avoid leaning to the side as you press.
  4. Complete the rep on one side before switching.
