How to do the Band Pull Apart

  1. Hold the band with both hands at shoulder height, arms extended in front.
  2. Pull the band apart by driving your hands out to your sides.
  3. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at full stretch.
  4. Return under control — keep tension in the band throughout.
