The Arnold Dumbbell Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Arnold Dumbbell Press

  1. Sit upright holding dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing you.
  2. Press the dumbbells overhead while rotating your palms to face forward at the top.
  3. Reverse the rotation as you lower back to the starting position.
  4. Keep your lower back neutral — do not arch excessively to grind out reps.
