The Arm Circles is a stretching movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Arm Circles

  1. Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended straight out to your sides.
  2. Rotate both arms in small circles, gradually increasing the diameter.
  3. Keep your shoulders down and core lightly braced throughout.
  4. Reverse direction halfway through your set.
