How to do the Arm Circles
- Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended straight out to your sides.
- Rotate both arms in small circles, gradually increasing the diameter.
- Keep your shoulders down and core lightly braced throughout.
- Reverse direction halfway through your set.
