The Anti-Gravity Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Anti-Gravity Press

  1. Lie face down on a bench with a barbell held at shoulder width beneath your chest.
  2. Press the bar upward and back in an arc, squeezing your rear delts and upper back at the top.
  3. Keep your neck neutral — don't crane your head up.
  4. Lower the bar slowly under control back to the start position.
