The Ankle On The Knee is a stretching movement that targets your glutes. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Ankle On The Knee

  1. Sit upright and cross one ankle over the opposite knee.
  2. Sit tall and lean forward from the hips until you feel a stretch in the crossed-leg glute.
  3. Gently press down on the raised knee to deepen the stretch — don't force it.
  4. Hold 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.
