The Glute Kickback is a strength movement that targets your glutes. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Glute Kickback

  1. Start on all fours with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Drive one heel straight back and up until your thigh is parallel to the floor.
  3. Squeeze your glute hard at the top, then lower with control.
  4. Keep your hips level — don't rotate to gain range.
