How to do the Glute Kickback
- Start on all fours with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Drive one heel straight back and up until your thigh is parallel to the floor.
- Squeeze your glute hard at the top, then lower with control.
- Keep your hips level — don't rotate to gain range.
