How to do the Barbell Hip Thrust
- Sit with your upper back against a bench, feet flat, and the barbell across your hip crease.
- Drive your hips upward until your body forms a straight line from knees to shoulders.
- Squeeze your glutes at the top and avoid letting your lower back arch excessively.
- Lower your hips under control until they nearly touch the floor, then repeat.
