How to do the Butt Lift (Bridge)
- Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor hip-width apart, arms at your sides.
- Drive through your heels to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees.
- Squeeze your glutes hard at the top and hold briefly before lowering.
- Don't hyperextend your lower back at the top — the movement ends when your hips are in line with your torso.
