The Flutter Kicks is a strength movement that targets your glutes. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Flutter Kicks

  1. Lie on your back with hands tucked under your hips.
  2. Lift both legs a few inches off the floor and keep them straight.
  3. Alternate kicking each leg up and down in short, rapid strokes.
  4. Press your lower back into the floor—don't let it arch.
