How to do the Hip Lift with Band
- Loop the band just above your knees and lie on your back with feet flat, hip-width apart.
- Press knees out against the band and drive your hips up until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees.
- Squeeze your glutes hard at the top and hold briefly.
- Lower with control—don't let the knees cave inward on the way down.
