How to do the Atlas Stone Trainer

  1. Stand over the implement with feet hip-width apart and hips hinged back.
  2. Grip firmly and keep your chest up and lower back flat before initiating the lift.
  3. Drive through your legs and extend your hips to raise the implement to the target height.
  4. Brace hard before every rep — never round the lower back under load.
