Cat Stretch
The Cat Stretch is a stretching movement that targets your lower back. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Cat Stretch
- Start on hands and knees with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
- Exhale and round your entire spine toward the ceiling, tucking your chin and pelvis.
- Hold the rounded position for 2–3 seconds, then return to neutral.
- Move slowly and let the stretch happen—don't force the range.
