Bench Jump
The Bench Jump is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Bench Jump
- Stand facing a sturdy bench, feet hip-width apart.
- Dip into a quarter squat, swing your arms back, then explode upward onto the bench.
- Land softly with both feet flat, knees slightly bent to absorb the impact.
- Step back down one foot at a time — don't jump down.
