Bench Sprint
The Bench Sprint is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Bench Sprint
- Place both hands on the bench at shoulder width and extend your body into a rigid incline plank.
- Drive one knee explosively toward your chest, then immediately switch legs in a running motion.
- Stay on the balls of your feet and keep your hips level — don't let them pike or sag.
- Brace your core throughout; all the movement comes from your legs, not your hips.
