How to do the Bodyweight Squat
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes turned out slightly.
- Push your hips back and bend your knees, lowering until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Drive through your heels to stand, keeping your chest tall throughout.
- Track your knees over your toes and don't let them cave inward.
