How to do the Bodyweight Walking Lunge
- Stand tall, then step forward and lower your rear knee toward the floor.
- Keep your front shin vertical and your torso upright — don't lean forward.
- Push off the front foot to bring the rear foot forward, and immediately step into the next rep.
- Take long enough strides that your front knee stays behind your toes at the bottom.
