How to do the Box Squat
- Set the box at or just below parallel; stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width, bar on your traps.
- Sit back onto the box under control, keeping your shins as vertical as possible.
- Pause briefly on the box without rocking, then drive through your heels to stand.
- Keep your chest tall and knees tracking over your toes the entire rep.
