Cable Deadlifts
The Cable Deadlifts is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Cable Deadlifts
- Set the cable low, stand facing the stack, and hinge at the hips to grip the handle.
- Keep your back flat, chest up, and push the floor away to stand.
- Lock out hips and knees at the top before hinging back down.
- Don't let the cable pull you forward — brace your core throughout.
