Cable Internal Rotation
The Cable Internal Rotation is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Cable Internal Rotation
- Set the cable at elbow height, stand with your working-side closest to the stack, and bend the elbow to 90°.
- Rotate your forearm inward across your body while keeping the elbow pinned to your side.
- Use light weight and a full range of motion — this is a rotator cuff exercise.
- Return slowly; don't let the cable yank your arm back.
