How to do the Cable Rear Delt Fly
- Set both cables to shoulder height and stand in the center of the cable station.
- Grab the left handle with your right hand and the right handle with your left hand, arms crossed.
- With a slight bend in the elbows, pull both handles outward and back until your arms are wide.
- Lead with your elbows and squeeze the rear delts — don't shrug or use momentum.
