The Cable Shoulder Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Cable Shoulder Press

  1. Set both cables to just below shoulder height and stand in the center of the station.
  2. Grip both handles with palms forward, upper arms parallel to the floor at 90 degrees.
  3. Press both handles overhead until your arms are fully extended, then lower to the start.
  4. Keep your core braced and avoid arching your lower back as you press.
