How to do the Cable Shrugs
- Set both cables low and stand between the pulleys, gripping a handle in each hand with arms straight.
- Stand tall with shoulders down and a neutral spine before you begin.
- Shrug straight up as high as possible, holding briefly at the top.
- Lower slowly — no rolling the shoulders forward or using your legs to assist.
