The Leverage Shrug is a strength movement that targets your traps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Leverage Shrug

  1. Position yourself at the machine with handles at hip height and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the handles with a neutral grip, arms fully extended.
  3. Shrug your shoulders straight up toward your ears as high as possible.
  4. Lower under control without rolling your shoulders forward or backward.
