How to do the Car Deadlift
- Position yourself at the implement handles with feet hip-width, hips hinging back, back flat.
- Brace your core hard before breaking the weight off the ground.
- Drive through your legs first, then extend your hips to lockout — keep the load close.
- Lower the implement under control; don't drop it until it's safely at floor level.
