How to do the Car Drivers

  1. Hold one end of a barbell with both hands at chest height, arms extended, feet shoulder-width.
  2. Keep your core braced and avoid swaying the torso.
  3. Rotate the bar left and right in a controlled arc, like turning a steering wheel.
  4. Use a lighter weight than you expect — the leverage makes this more demanding than it looks.
