How to do the Chair Squat
- Stand in front of the chair with feet shoulder-width apart, toes turned slightly out.
- Hinge at the hips and bend your knees, lowering your glutes toward the seat.
- Lightly touch the chair, then drive through your heels to return to standing.
- Keep your chest up and knees tracking over your toes the entire way down and up.
