The Clean and Jerk is a olympic weightlifting movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Clean and Jerk

  1. Clean the bar to front rack, reset your feet to jerk-width before the dip.
  2. Dip straight down a few inches, then drive the bar overhead explosively.
  3. Split or squat under the bar and catch with arms fully locked out.
  4. Stand the jerk completely before lowering — no soft-arm catches.
