How to do the Clean from Blocks
- Set the bar on blocks at mid-thigh or knee height with feet hip-width apart.
- Drive through the floor, extend your hips explosively, and pull the bar close to your body.
- Drop under the bar and catch it in a front rack with elbows high.
- Stand to full extension to complete the lift; reset fully before each rep.
