How to do the Clean Pull
- Set up in your clean starting position — clean grip, back flat, chest up.
- Drive hard through the floor and extend hips, knees, and ankles at the top.
- Shrug violently at full extension — keep arms straight, no early bend.
- Let the bar return under control; reset fully before the next rep.
