The Clean Pull is a olympic weightlifting movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Clean Pull

  1. Set up in your clean starting position — clean grip, back flat, chest up.
  2. Drive hard through the floor and extend hips, knees, and ankles at the top.
  3. Shrug violently at full extension — keep arms straight, no early bend.
  4. Let the bar return under control; reset fully before the next rep.
