The Conan's Wheel is a strongman movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Conan's Wheel

  1. Get under the implement with it resting across your torso at chest height and arms locked out.
  2. Drive with your legs and walk in a circle around the anchor point, keeping the implement level.
  3. Brace your core hard and maintain an upright torso for the duration of the carry.
  4. Don't let the implement drop — losing height mid-carry costs momentum and loads your lower back.
