The Crucifix is a strongman movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Crucifix

  1. Stand upright and hold your implements at your sides.
  2. Raise both arms straight out to shoulder height, forming a T.
  3. Lock your elbows and keep your torso still — no shrugging or leaning.
  4. Hold for the required time, then lower with control.
