Dumbbell Shoulders

The Cuban Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Cuban Press

  1. Stand holding dumbbells in front of your thighs, palms facing back.
  2. Row the dumbbells to shoulder height with elbows flared at 90°.
  3. Rotate your forearms up so palms face forward, then press overhead.
  4. Reverse the sequence in full to return to the start.
