The Double Kettlebell Jerk is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Double Kettlebell Jerk

  1. Start with both bells in the rack position, elbows in, knees soft.
  2. Dip slightly at the knees, then drive explosively through your hips and legs.
  3. Drop under the bells by punching your arms to lockout overhead.
  4. Stand fully tall before lowering the bells back to the rack.
