The Double Kettlebell Snatch is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Double Kettlebell Snatch

  1. Start with both bells between your feet and hinge back to load the hamstrings.
  2. Hike the bells back, then drive your hips through explosively.
  3. Keep the bells close to your body and punch your hands through at shoulder height.
  4. Lock out overhead with straight arms and stand tall before lowering.
