How to do the Double Leg Butt Kick

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and a slight bend in your knees.
  2. Jump and simultaneously drive both heels up toward your glutes.
  3. Land softly on the balls of your feet with knees slightly bent.
  4. Keep your torso upright and core braced — don't let your hips pike back.
