How to do the Dumbbell Lying Rear Lateral Raise

  1. Lie face down on a flat bench with a dumbbell in each hand hanging straight down.
  2. Raise both arms out to the sides until they are level with your torso.
  3. Squeeze your rear delts at the top, then lower with control.
  4. Maintain a slight bend in the elbows throughout — don't lock them out.
