How to do the Dumbbell One-Arm Upright Row

  1. Stand holding one dumbbell in front of your thigh, palm facing your body.
  2. Pull the dumbbell straight up, leading with your elbow until it reaches chin height.
  3. Lower back to the start under control.
  4. Keep the dumbbell close to your body throughout the pull.
