How to do the Dumbbell Rear Lunge

  1. Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  2. Step one foot back and lower your rear knee toward the floor, keeping your front shin vertical.
  3. Drive through your front heel to bring your foot back to the start.
  4. Keep your chest up and torso upright throughout the movement.
