How to do the Dumbbell Scaption
- Stand tall, dumbbells at your sides, palms facing inward.
- Raise the dumbbells at a 30-degree angle from your body (the scapular plane) to shoulder height.
- Keep your elbows straight and thumbs pointed up throughout the lift.
- Lower under control; avoid shrugging your shoulders.
